The standard current signal generator outputs 4mA. Check the reading of the standard pressure gauge to stabilize it at 20KPa, which can be adjusted by the zero-point knob of the electropneumatic transducer. Record the position of the control valve stem.

The standard current signal generator outputs 20mA. Check the reading of the standard pressure gauge to stabilize it at 100KPa, which can be adjusted by the full-scale knob of the electropneumatic transducer. Record the position of the control valve stem.

Repeat the above two points to adjust until the requirements are met. Then test the 12mA, 8mA, 16mA three points respectively, and observe the position corresponding to the linearity of the converter output and the opening of the regulating valve.

Observe the dead zone of the control valve, use a standard signal generator to slowly increase the current signal from 4mA, observe the valve stem of the control valve until there is an obvious movement, and write down the current value and the pneumatic output of the electropneumatic transducer. The signal pressure value is then tested in the reverse direction.
