Use experience and improvement
Although the calibration of the electro-pneumatic transducer is strictly required, the fault maintenance in actual use can be roughly adjusted and eliminated. Because the electro-pneumatic transducer is an open-circuit conversion instrument, there is no signal feedback to improve its own accuracy, so the control accuracy and effect of the electro-pneumatic transducer installed in the field regulating valve are far inferior to the valve positioner.
