Calibration of electro converters
As a standard instrument, the electro converter needs to be individually calibrated for accuracy, but in actual use, it is generally combined with the connected regulating valve to achieve joint calibration in order to reduce the workload.
Ready to work
The required instruments for calibration: a standard current signal generator, a standard pneumatic barostat, a 0.1 precision standard pressure gauge, and a standard millimeter ruler.
Calibration connection: the standard current signal generator is connected to the electrical converter junction box; one end of the standard pneumatic barostat is connected to the instrument wind and the other end is connected to the instrument wind inlet of the electrical converter, and the output of the barostat is adjusted to a constant 140KPa ,; Connect the standard pressure gauge to the air path between the electric converter and the pneumatic control valve through the instrument air pipe, measure the stroke indicator of the control valve with a millimeter ruler, and mark the initial position.
